MVP — Private Creator Rollout ​

Proposed milestone description ​

Deliver the smallest safe BloxClips workflow that moves the initial approximately 25 private creators from Whop Content Rewards to BloxClips while Whop remains the custody layer for client invoices and creator balance transfers.

Completion definition ​

The milestone is complete when a client-funded campaign can be verified and launched only by an authorized finance user; a permitted creator can submit TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube content; staff can review it accountably; approved content is continuously tracked; CPM budget consumption and RPM creator earnings are exact and auditable; fraud gates protect payout; an eligible creator receives one and only one attributable Whop transfer; and a campaign admin can share a revocable read-only sponsor report for approved client-facing analytics. Required creator, staff, campaign, group, and sponsor report analytics must agree with the same financial facts.

No due date is proposed. Excluded work is listed in 07-deferred-post-mvp.md, including legacy PV Tracker work, marketing redesign, non-Whop MVP payment rails, full embedded-app scope, speculative rewrites, deeper BI/reporting, client write access, and a general client account system.
